MAX CONTRACT QUANTITY: 500,000 MT X 12 WITH ROLL & EXTENSION IF NEEDED BY BUYER

SPECIFICATIONS: INTERNATIONAL EXPORT STANDARD

PAYMENT TERMS: MT103 TT WIRE TRANSFER ACCORDING TO SELLER NOMINATED ACCOUNT 

INSPECTION: SGS, INTERTEK OR EQUIVALENT

LOADING PORT: HOUSTON / ROTTERDAM / FUJAIRAH / JURONG / MALACCA / ZHOUSHAN PORT / QINGDAO PORT

FOB STORAGE TANK TAKEOVER (STTO) PROCEDURE 

1.  Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) together with the Seller’s accepted transaction procedure, Company Registration Certificate, and Proof of Funds (POF) or Bank Capability Letter (BCL).

2.  Seller issues the Commercial Invoice (CI). Buyer signs, seals, and returns the Commercial Invoice.

3.  Seller issues the following Partial Proof of Product (PPOP) documents:
  * Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
  * Certificate of Origin (COO)
  * Authorization to Verify (ATV)
  * Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC)
  * Product Passport / Quality Certificate
  * Statement of Product Availability
  * Refinery Commitment Letter to Supply * NCNDA/IMFPA

.  Upon successful verification of the PPOP documents, the Buyer shall provide written confirmation of readiness to proceed with the Quantity and Quality (Q&Q) inspection and dip test process.

5.  Seller shall appoint SGS or other internationally recognized inspection company to coordinate the dip test inspection. 
 
 * SGS shall confirm the official inspection date and time directly with Seller and Buyer via the official email chain. All SGS costs shall be borne by the Seller.
 
* Upon confirmation of the inspection schedule, the Buyer shall coordinate with the Seller’s nominated storage facility to secure a three (3) day Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) extension to facilitate uninterrupted inspection and operational access. 

6.  On the confirmed inspection date, SGS shall conduct the Quantity and Quality (Q&Q) inspection and dip test in Seller’s storage tank in the presence of the authorized representatives of both parties, where applicable.

  Upon successful completion of the inspection, SGS shall issue the official Quantity and Quality (Q&Q) Report directly to Seller and Buyer.

.  Buyer shall remit payment by SWIFT MT103 in accordance with the Commercial Invoice and the SGS Quantity and Quality (Q&Q) Report.

.  Upon confirmation of payment, Seller shall transfer title ownership of the product to Buyer, issue the relevant Title Transfer Documents, and facilitate the transfer of storage rights in accordance with the agreed transaction.

.  Seller shall settle all agreed intermediary commissions, where applicable, and the transaction shall be deemed successfully completed.
